Purpose of the role

As a loan consultant you are the face of Unifi at the branch.  You welcome clients, explain how our products work, help clients to apply for our products and give great customer service.  Your job is to make life easy for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, assist and direct clients in a courteous manner displaying a positive, friendly and professional image.
  • Enter all new client details into the client registration system.
  • Check client documents and inform applicants of any additional requirements.
  • Ensure all loans are properly documented with accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain client privacy and confidentiality throughout the loan process.
  • Responding to all client inquiries by delivering excellent client service. 
  • Ensure full compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper cash management and record keeping.
  • Actively participate in all sales and marketing activities to promote our products.
  • Ensure clients receive correct information about products, promotions, and other value-added services.
  • Assist the branch in achieving set KPIs and operational goals.
  • Make Unifi a fun place to work.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work in a structured environment following set processes.
