Key Responsibilities
•Design and execute Geo rep strategies to target and penetrate key client zones.
•Plan and optimize field marketing routes for maximum reach and efficiency.
•Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., school heads, HR officers, business owners)
•Monitor and analyze cost per lead (CPL) and other acquisition metrics to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
•Work with Branch teams to ensure proper execution of direct marketing activities including flyer distribution, activations, and presentations.
•Coordinate the procurement and distribution of all marketing materials relevant to all direct marketing activities
•Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
•Collaborate with Marketing department to ensure materials are consistent with brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
•Oversee daily usage and upkeep of the CRM tool to ensure accurate lead data entry, pipeline visibility, and timely follow-ups.
•Train and support teams in proper CRM usage, ensuring consistency and accountability.
•Generate regular CRM performance reports and suggest improvements to drive adoption and effectiveness.
•Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., school heads, HR officers, business owners,) who can facilitate access to target clients.
•Manage relationships with marketing material suppliers and service providers (e.g., printers, branded merchandise vendors), ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and cost-effectiveness.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for Branch teams regarding geo-rep deployment, lead generation challenges, and direct marketing needs, ensuring swift resolution of issues and feedback loops.
•Regularly collect feedback from stakeholders (internal and external) on client acquisition activities and use insights to inform strategy adjustments.
•Play a key role in communicating and implementing new growth initiatives related to client growth, ensuring understanding, buy-in, and sustained engagement from all relevant parties.
•Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to management on the status of campaigns, lead performance, field execution challenges, and stakeholder interactions as well as market in sights
•Act as the first-level reviewer and approver for sponsorship requests under the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework. Ensure that proposed sponsorships are aligned with brand values, target market, and client growth objectives. Track impact and visibility of all CSR-supported activities and maintain a sponsorship log for accountability and reporting.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
•3-7 years in marketing operations, field sales support, or demand generation
•Hands-on experience with CRM tools
•Experience working within Kenya’s diverse market- urban & rural
