Purpose of the Role

As a Meet & Greet, you are the first point of contact for clients visiting the branch. You welcome clients, guide them through the branch processes, and ensure they are directed to the right team member for assistance. Your role is to create a positive first impression, manage client flow through the ticketing system, and ensure every client receives prompt and professional service.

Your job is to make life easy for our clients by ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and efficiently assisted.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, assist and direct clients in a courteous manner while displaying a positive, friendly and professional image.
  • Manage the branch ticketing system by issuing tickets to clients and directing them to the appropriate staff member for support.
  • Guide clients on the services available at the branch and direct them to the relevant department (loans Consultants, Branch Manager, etc.).
  • Maintain an organized reception area and ensure clients are attended to in an orderly and efficient manner.
  • Provide clients with basic information about products, services, promotions, and branch procedures.
  • Support the branch team by ensuring smooth client flow and minimizing waiting times.
  • Escalate complex client queries to the appropriate team member or branch management when necessary.
    Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with basic administrative and operational support tasks when required.
  • Contribute to a positive client experience and welcoming branch environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public relations, Business Administration, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, front office, reception, or banking hall operations is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and follow set processes.
    Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy client-facing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
