Unifi is a fast-growing finance and technology company operating in Kenya, Zambia, Uganda
and South Africa. Unifi delivers personal lending products through branch, mobile phone and
online channels. The company is well supported by strong shareholders and a board of
directors with vast experience in entrepreneurship and lending.
Responsibilities
● Work hand in hand with the branch manager to meet new client targets.
● Suggest and drive creative direct marketing activities for the assigned territory.
● Support the branch with all marketing fieldwork and activities to deliver on targets.
● Attend weekly branch meetings and work with the branch to strategize and ensure
effective weekly marketing plans.
● Ensure all prospect lists and activity reports are submitted as scheduled.
● Develop and nurture strong relationships with relevant business stakeholders.
Minimum Qualification and Desirable behavior
● Certificate/diploma in marketing/business studies or at least 2 years experience in
in-field marketing or sales
● Proven experience working with customer-centric brands.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Creativity and commercial awareness.
● A self-starter and team player with a customer-oriented approach.
● Knowledge of financial products and services will be a plus.
